Got a question about one of our reviews, spotted something that needs updating, or want to flag an error on a bonus offer? This page explains how to reach the Online Poker team and what we can actually help with.
What We Can Help With
Online Poker is an independent comparison site covering real money online poker rooms and apps available to US players. We don't operate any poker site ourselves, hold player funds, or process deposits and withdrawals — so while we're glad to hear from readers, there are some things only the poker operator itself can sort out.
- Content questions or corrections — if a bonus figure, licensing detail, or feature on one of our review pages looks out of date or wrong, tell us and we'll check it against the operator's current terms.
- Feedback on our rankings or methodology — if you disagree with where a site sits in our comparisons, or think we've missed something a serious grinder would care about, we want to know.
- General site feedback — broken links, unclear explanations, or suggestions for topics you'd like us to cover.
What We Can't Help With
Because Online Poker isn't a poker operator, we're not able to access, manage, or make decisions about anyone's player account. If your query falls into one of the categories below, it needs to go directly to the poker room in question, usually through the support option inside their client or app.
- Deposits, withdrawals, or delayed payouts on a specific poker site
- Verifying your identity (KYC) or unlocking a frozen account
- Disputes over hand histories, table conduct, or a bad beat jackpot payout
- Claiming or troubleshooting a welcome bonus, deposit match, or freeroll ticket
- Closing an account or requesting self-exclusion from a specific operator
Each poker room we cover has its own support channels and its own terms on bonus clearing, withdrawal limits, and verification — those details sit on our individual review pages where relevant, and the operator's own help section is always the fastest route for account-specific issues.
Before You Get in Touch, Check These First
A good chunk of the questions we receive are already answered elsewhere on the site. It's worth a quick look before reaching out:
- If your question is about how we rate and rank poker sites, our About Us page sets out the criteria we weigh, from traffic and rake structure to bonus terms and payment speed.
- If you're concerned about your own play, or someone else's, our Responsible Gambling page has practical guidance and helpline details.
- If your question relates to how this site operates, what data we hold, or how our content is used, our Terms and Conditions page covers that.
A Note on What We Are — and Aren't
Online Poker may earn a commission when a reader signs up with a poker site through a link on this page. That commercial relationship never decides how a site is scored or where it sits in our rankings — a site with a higher payout to us doesn't get a better review because of it. We say so plainly because it's the kind of thing you'd want to know before trusting a recommendation.
We also don't provide financial, legal, or gambling-addiction counselling. If a message you send us describes a situation that sounds like it needs that kind of support, we'll point you toward the National Council on Problem Gambling helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER rather than try to advise you ourselves.
Who Should Be Reaching Out
Real money poker is legal only in a handful of regulated US states, and every operator we review requires players to be at least 21 years old (a small number of jurisdictions set the line at 18). This site, and any contact channel attached to it, is not intended for anyone under the applicable age, and we don't respond to messages that suggest otherwise. If you're unsure whether online poker is currently regulated in your state, that's a reasonable thing to ask us about.
Getting a Useful Response
When you write in, a little detail goes a long way. Include the name of the poker site your question relates to, the specific page or claim you're referring to, and — if it's a correction — what you believe the accurate figure or detail should be. Vague messages take longer to action, and account-specific requests will simply be redirected back to the operator, so it saves everyone time to send those there directly in the first place.
We read everything that comes in, though as an independent review site rather than a support desk, response times can vary and we can't promise a fix or a reply to every message.
