Very few people know that Mark Twain (Samuel Clemens) wrote a major work on Joan of Arc. Still fewer know that he considered it not only his most important but also his best work. He spent twelve years in research and many months in France doing archival work and then made several attempts until he felt he finally had the story he wanted to tell. He reached his conclusion about Joan’s unique place in history only after studying in detail accounts written on both sides, the French and the English. A remarkably accurate biography of the life and mission of Joan of Arc told by one of this country’s greatest storytellers.

Ever wonder why so many people pay so much attention to Mary, the Mother of Jesus? In this talk, Dr. Mark Miravalle covers all the major Church teachings about the Blessed Mother. This talk is not only great for the person who has little or no background knowledge about Our Lady but also meant for someone looking to renew their their existing knowledge and love for the woman who Jesus gave personally to every human being. Dr. Miravalle is a professor of Theology at Franciscan University of Steubenville and has written and taught about Mary for over 25 years.
Following the main presentation, Dr. Mark Miravalle provides an inside look into the Marian devotion of "Our Lady Undoer of Knots."
Absolutely astounding CD! All early churches agreed on Mary! Jaw-dropping, historical teaching that everyone needs to hear! Cheryl - Vernon, NJ
During his studies in Germany, Pope Francis encountered a local devotion centered on an image of Our Lady in the Church of St Peter in Augsburg. Many had come to pray with seemingly irresolvable family and marriage problems and had been helped. On his return to Argentina he set about spreading this devotion and its novena.
This booklet gives a brief history of the devotion and the main prayers to “Our Lady Undoer (or Untier) of Knots.”
Dr. Mark Miravalle gave astounding information regarding our Blessed Mother. Having been just received into the Catholic Church this past Easter Vigil (2014), and having taken her name, Maria, as my Confirmation name, I am overjoyed at how much there is to know about her. This information, given so intelligently and clearly by Dr. Miravalle, has served to affirm the recent powerful answers that I have personally received as a result of my petitions to the Blessed Mother. I also appreciated his specific encouragements, the suggestions of prayers, Novenas, and even petitions to the Pope, on behalf of world peace through consecration to Mary. He helped to make her more real to me. Francesca - Stone Ridge, NY
